Auberge Old Chelsea - Chambre Privé/Private Room

The place was fairly clean and comfortable. Front door lock was difficult to use, fireplace unusable (decorative maybe?), backyard was not usable due to the snow. Tried to reach out to the posted number in the room about working the fireplace and checking out but never received a reply. For the price, I likely won’t come back.

We stayed here after skating on the Rideau Canal. It was the perfect location. One minute drive to Spa Nordik, 2 minute walk to good food choices and about a 2 minute drive to Parc Gatineau. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Communication with the host was seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

Super belle peite chambre, prêt de toute les commodités, restaurant, café et le parc de la Gatineau. La chambre et salle de bain ne sont pas très grande, mais sa convenait a nos besoin. Le chauffage prêt du lit fesais un petit bruit un peu agaçant alors je recommande des bouchons si vous êtes sensible au petit bruit.

My wife and I stayed in the private room for a couple of nights away from the kids. The weather was very snowy, but the room was warm, spacious, and very clean. Perfect for anyone going to the Nordic Spa. Only "complaint" is that some sound evidently travels through the walls from the adjacent cabin, which was a bit annoying one night, as the neighbours were loud...but otherwise very happy with out stay and would absolutely book again.
